Howard Strasberg

Dr. Howard Strasberg is the vice president of medical informatics at Wolters Kluwer Health – Clinical Effectiveness. In his current role he works with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, evaluate and enhance a variety of clinical decision support (CDS) applications. He is a national CDS expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. For the last 10 years, he has also been serving as a co-chair of the HL7® CDS Work Group. Dr. Strasberg received his MD degree from Western University (Canada) and his MS degree in medical information sciences from Stanford University. He is board-certified in both family medicine and clinical informatics.
