Tracy Hildner

Tracy Hildner is a Head of Talent Acquisition at Informa, Plc. In her almost 20 years of recruiting experience she has hired and led teams in a wide range of professions including pharmacy, information technology, sales, marketing, finance, legal, customer service and many specialized professions. She regularly assists job-seekers and students on resume review and interview coaching. Prior to stumbling into her career in talent acquisition, Tracy worked for a large US retailer for many years as a buyer, planner, district, and store manager. Tracy has a B.A. from Bucknell University and lives in Bradenton, FL where she works from home with her canine office mate.
