David Collins

David served five years with the Virginia Quality Improvement Organization, followed by a decade with HIMSS, leading the Davies EHR Awards of Excellence, the Patient Safety and Quality Committee, and the Connected Health initiative. He has served seven years at VCU Health in various roles. David currently serves as the VCU Health senior manager of home and community services on the Coordinated Care and Continuum Integration team, managing operations for home hospital, remote patient monitoring, and geriatric clinical services. Previously as telehealth practice administrator, he oversaw operations for all telehealth programs.
