Dr. Jacqueline Naeem serves as a PCCI senior medical director. An experienced physician with a diverse professional background, she utilizes her experience in both general practice and psychiatry to lead a range of successful projects, translating data science into clinical science. As a physician passionate about solving complex health and community problems using innovative research and emerging technology, Dr. Naeem works with stakeholders to determine and achieve objectives with specific focus on client satisfaction and deliverables in cost, quality, safety, best practice and outcomes. She served as the project director for the CMMI 5-year AHC model, overseeing the team of CHWs, and has continued to lead the team for the expansion of the model which is now focused on the uninsured population, and serves as a subject matter expert in leading other geographies in setting up programs to systematically address non-medical drivers of health to improve health outcomes. At PCCI, Dr. Naeem also leads several innovative projects to understand barriers to and improving mental health outcomes, particularly in the pediatric and adolescent population. Dr. Naeem earned her MD and postgraduate diploma in psychiatry from the University of Manchester, UK, where she practiced for several years prior to joining PCCI and maintains her registration on the General Medical Council, UK.
