Title: Views From The Top: Reinventing Healthcare Delivery with the Digital Transformation: Optimizing Costs, Experiences, and Outcomes

Description: Health system leaders continue to face tremendous challenges as they strive to deliver quality healthcare. One area of concern is an ever-increasing healthcare workforce shortage. The WHO estimates a shortfall of 10 million workers by 2030, affecting patient care and increasing costs within care systems. Leaders are adopting emerging technologies such as cloud computing, generative AI,  and the Internet of Things to innovate and develop smarter healthcare delivery models to improve the workforce and patient experience. The panel of experts will examine opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize costs to accelerate the achievement of clinical, financial, and patient care goals.
