Title: Revenue Cycle Management Technology Adoption Model

Description: The healthcare industry is facing unprecedented financial pressure and inaction is no longer an option. Health system leaders are evaluating Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology modernization initiatives to turn the tide—to accelerate cash and secure the financial health of their organizations. In this challenging time, the industry needs to establish best practice guidance on where to focus technology modernization efforts. A framework is required. This session will unpack research derived from more than 100 survey responses and more than 20 peer review feedback sessions with revenue cycle leaders aimed at developing just such a framework. Furthermore, a large health system will reflect upon their organization, RMTAM, and share their strategic focus for revenue management based on the results.
