The Drive Toward Long-Term Post-Acute Care Interoperability: Federal Reflections
Description:
Are you eager to learn how Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) providers can improve care and reduce burden through interoperability advancements? LTPAC providers play a crucial role in the continuum of care, serving patients with complex medical needs who require extended medical and support services. Despite their importance in the healthcare ecosystem, LTPAC providers have historically been left out of the drive toward interoperability. Join us to hear a multidisciplinary panel of CMS and ONC representatives discuss LTPAC data exchange challenges, opportunities and relevant technology and policy advancements needed to fully participate in the modern healthcare landscape and to provide care for some of our most vulnerable populations. Panelists will highlight the initial road map, current state and vision and how policy updates can support PAC interoperability.
